Issue with Outlook Desktop Sales Tool affecting signature line

I am having an issue with HubSpot sales add-in on Outlook desktop.

When the Sales Tool is pinned open, it causes my signature line to blink as if refreshing. This issue only happens when tracking is enabled.

 

Does not happen in the online version, but that is not what is convenient to use.

 

Anyone else have this problem and or know a fix?

I have looked through the troubleshooting already and can't find anything.

 

I would put in a picture, but it is blinking so that would not really help.

 

We found out yesterday it only happens when the tracking is turned on.
