@BJones39  good question - as far as the cadence at which objects get created, the objects will sync pretty much instantaneously between the two accounts. In addition to the objects syncing over, the relationships will also sync over.

Check out these resources that detail the SFDC integration with HubSpot.

Integration with Salesforce

This will depend on your integration settings.

A Lead does not create an Account in Salesforce. If the integration is set to create Leads in Salesforce, the Lead will be created and the Account will not (even if there is a Company in HubSpot). When the Lead is converted to an Account, Opportunity, and Contact, the Salesforce Contact will stay in sync with the HubSpot Contact but the Salesforce Account will not sync to the existing HubSpot Company (creating a duplicate). It's recommended to turn off the "Automatically Create & Associate Companies" feature in HubSpot (Settings > Objects > Companies) so Companies are only created in HubSpot when Accounts are created in Salesforce and synced down to HubSpot. Then, you won't have a duplicate Companies issue.

If your settings are to create Contacts in Salesforce from HubSpot, the sync for Contacts & Companies should create a Contact & Associated Account in Salesforce.
