Integrating a Quote Generation/ Signature Tool in Hubspot

Hi there!

Our team is currently generating our sales documents manually via word doc,  submitting for signature out of the esignature platform, and then attaching to a deal. 

In another org, we leveraged Docusign Gen with a different CRM to manage quote generation, signature, and contract management. 

I'd like to look at automating our document generation and signature processes. My understanding is that Hubspot has some native quote document generation ability, but I'm not sure that there is an esignature ability. What tools have others used/ integrated into their Hubspot and what are things that you've considered when looking at an esignature integration?

As @Phil_Vallender says, HubSpot offers this as part of the package.

However, if you run into any limitations with customisation of how the workflow functions or the document is formatted, we might be able to help.

We have an App on the HubSpot Marketplace that customises all kinds of different documentswith HubSpot data. It is called Portant and it takes information from Deals/Contacts/Companies/Tickets etc (and all associated objects, like line items and custom objects) and generates documents, which can then be sent to be signed. You can check it out here:

Thank you! Glad to hear that there is native functionality within Hubspot for signature. I will check this out.

HubSpot has a native e-signature function that can be added to their quotes, info here: Use e-signatures with quotes 

This is limited to quotes in the context of HubSpot deals, however, and if you want to collect signatures on a wider range of documents, you will probably need a third-party tool that connects to HubSpot. 

I've used a few over the years and I've personally had the best results with PandaDoc but there are a range of others available in the marketplace.
