I was succesfully using the Hubspot and DocuSign integration and now it is showing as paused with no way of doing anything with it. I saw something about extensions interfering with each other but i don't have a DocuSign extension listed? Can anyone advise before I uninstall and reinstall?
Hello, @SDalton5 I was able to investigate more and this can return as "disconnected status" when there’re no connected users. I would recommend reinstalling the integration ( more information here)

Thank you. I followed the advice and the integration picked up existing documents signed so all good. I didn't want to uninstall and lose data but this hasn't happened. Many thanks.
