HubSpot Tracking Code issue in Squarespace

Hi everyone,
I've tried to install the HubSpot tracking code in my Squarespace site.
I followed the instructions posted here:
Settings > Advanced > Code Injection - Header. The code installed once.
But when I inspect the page, there are 2 of the same codes installed.

When I go to Settings > Advanced > Code Injection - Header to remove one, there is only one snipit of code installed.

Can someone please assist me? I've been through the lovely HubSpot support team who weren't able to assist me and suggested that I post here.
