Hi @JulBell ,

Unfortunately, there isn't a direct built-in way to migrate emails from Zoho to HubSpot. Currently, HubSpot only allows direct migration of accounts and contacts.

This means you'll need to create the emails directly within your HubSpot instance.

Here are some additional options to consider depending on your needs:

  • Manual forwarding: For a small number of important emails, you can manually forward them from Zoho to your HubSpot email address.
  • Third-party migration services: Several companies offer data migration services specifically for Zoho to HubSpot migrations, including emails.
If you have a large volume of emails or require a more automated solution, exploring these options might be beneficial.

Let me know if you have any further questions about migrating your data or setting up emails in HubSpot.

Best regards,
Arisudan

Hi @JulBell ! We can help. Our migration platform, MigrateMyCRM, excludes emails from Zoho by default, but they can be turned on.

(They're excluded by default because Zoho's Emails API is really slow, and it leads to frustration for customers. If you know that going in, you'll be set!)

Hi @JulBell

You’re right, HubSpot’s migration tools don’t bring emails over from Zoho. Only contacts, accounts, and some related records can be pulled in directly see HubSpot’s data sync overview:

For emails you’ve got a couple of paths. If it’s just a handful, the simplest way is to forward key Zoho emails into HubSpot and log them on the right contact records.

If you need the full history, you’ll want a third-party service or migration partner. Some tools can toggle Zoho email sync on (Noah already noted it’s slow because of Zoho’s API limits), but at least it’s possible if you’re ready for a longer import run.

If you need more than a one-time import, this is exactly the kind of pain we solve at Stacksync. Instead of spending weeks dealing with Zoho’s slow email API or writing custom scripts that break.

You can plug both systems into Stacksync and get a real-time two-way sync of emails, contacts, and records. That means your HubSpot stays perfectly aligned with Zoho without manual forwarding or waiting for batch jobs.

Teams we work with cut their integration maintenance time by 40% and stop worrying about data going missing in migration. Happy to show you how it works if you want to see it in action.
