How to capture Leads from a web form and send the data to HubSpot CRM

I have just signed up for HS CRM, after using Microsoft Dynamics for many years. 

Currently, when a person completes our web form, the submitted details would be sent directly to Microsoft Dynamics and it would be registered in Microsoft Dynamics as a new lead, which then can be actioned by the relevant salesperson. 

I would like to find out how we can do the same process with HubSpot. Thanks in advance.

The CRM on its own can't do this, unless you API the information from the forms into the CRM directly, so I suggest you add the Marketing Hub Free product to your suite and use either the collected forms feature or native forms to capture contact details.

I am not a techie person so still a little confused. May I ask if you have any knowledge-based links to the collected forms feature or native forms feature?

I am hoping it is something that I can just cut and paste a code and put it behind the forms to do the process.
