When creating invoices with Quickbooks Online integration we need to login to QBO to approve and send out the invoice to the customer. I'm looking to have the invoice approved and sent to the customer without having to login to QBO.
Our sales team don’t have access Quickbooks as we are trying to limit service usage between each department.

Thanks for sharing the issue you are experiencing. I took a look into our integration and it seems like at this time it is not possible to have an invoice approved without logging into Quickbooks. This is more of a limitation Quickbooks side of things than a HubSpot limitation.
