Hi does anyone know how I can integrate contacts from google sheets into the hubspot CRM? I don't want to have to manually add all my contacts and their corresponding information. Any, and all help is much appreciated.

Hi @alexb,

There are a couple of ways that you could do this.

First, you can download your Google Sheet as a .csv file and then upload said file into your Contacts database by following the instructions outlined in this article

Alternatively, you could use the third-party tool Zapier to integrate HubSpot with Google Sheets. Learn more about this here: https://zapier.com/zapbook/google-sheets/hubspot/

If you choose to go with the latter option, and need help setting this up, please reach out to Zapier support as HubSpot is not able to supprot these types of third-party integrations.

Let me know if you have any questions on the above!

Hey!

I know a way to do this done very easily with HubSpot Integration with Automate.io - https://www.hubspot.com/integrations/automateio

Automate.io will help you sync Google Sheets with Hubspot CRM. If you have a set of contacts coming into your Google Spreadsheet and you'd like to push them to Hubspot CRM automatically with all the details.

You can check all the other workflows possible with this Google Sheets + Hubspot CRM integration - https://automate.io/integration/google-sheets/hubspot-crm

Hi Alex,

I am sure that you already have solved this problem, but, maybe, the answer will be useful to somebody other.

Our company, G-Accon, has an add-on for Google Sheets, G-Accon for HubSpot. Among many other things, it can do exactly what you needed of: update contacts from Google Sheet into your HubSpot account. Please see our blog record with the demonstration video and more details.

After installing the add-on, you will have 2 weeks of the free trial, which should be enough to upload the data.

I'm currently using the integration with G-Accon so that I can build dashboards using Google Data Studio.  It works well.  Just make sure you build tables carefully so that there isn't too much data.  Larger tables will time out due to the Google Sheet time limitation.

Hola! todas las integraciones que probé tienen una versión gratuita limitada. Has podido sincronizar con google sheet? sin tener que pagar?

Gracias!

Integration Fox solve this problem for $5 a month. Their tool does a bunch of other very useful things as well. Check it out https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/marketing/analytics-data/hubspot-google-sheet

hi @alexb

I am sure, you've already found a way to do it 🙂

But if not, here is a detailed guide on how to import your HubSpot data to Google Sheets (automatically, using a custom schedule!)

Just complete a simple form and that's it. I attach the screenshot.

Hi Alex,

You can also connect your contact data in Hubspot directly to Google Sheets to track and update your data. This is an easy and fast way to export data without it leaving the 'cloud', and also work with data in real-time. Check out Coefficient to do this!

I get that you are trying to get the contacts from within a Google Sheet to Hubspot. That can be a bit more tedious as there are two ways to handle this:

1. You can download your Google Sheet as a .csv file and then upload said file into your Contacts database by following the instructions outlined in this article

This process can get a bit messy if not done correctly.

Alternatively, you could use the third-party tool Zapier to integrate HubSpot with Google Sheets. Learn more about this here: https://zapier.com/zapbook/google-sheets/hubspot/

This is my preferred method of getting data from google sheets into Hubspot. It's not perfect,  but it automates the process and wont need much tweaking once its set up correctly.

Hope, this helps!
