Hello,
I run a Shopify store and recently synced it to Hubspot. I was expected my roughly 190 Shopify customers to be imported into Hubspot as contacts in the CRM (all of my products successfully imported automatically). They didn't, though. In fact, the only Shopify customer that appears as a contact in Hubspot is a new customer who made a purchase after the integration.
Is there an efficient way to import my existing Shopify customers and the companies they are associated with? I suppose I could create a CSN and import them manually, but I'd like to avoid that if possible.
Thank you!
Alex

Thanks for the response, but I fixed it - I think by turning on 2 way sync.

@jackcoldrick as the HubSpot Shopify expert, do you know of a way to back-sync existing customers (and perhaps their associated deals) from Shopify using the HubSpot integration?
