Re: How do I create a list based on a specific connected Shopify store?

Hey!

I have multiple Shopify stores connected to our Hubspot environment, and I would like to create contact lists based on what store the contacts are synched from.

I have tried to find a way around this alone but to no avail.

The most logical thing would be that there is a Shopify store source segmentation option or similar, like a property I can segment for, but I can't seem to understand how to find/create it.

Thankful for any input!

Best,

Gustav

Hi @GSelse

Welcome! Was just searching around and saw this older community post about a contact property called "Source store" that's supposed to give you the ability to filter contacts by your stores.

If it's no longer there, I believe Support will be able to give you a reason why! Let me know how it goes (:

Hi @GSelse ,

Nice to e-meet you (: For the above, it might be easier to reach out to Support since they would be able to click through the list filters on your behalf.

On my end, what we can do is review the synced properties for Contacts and Deals between Shopify and HubSpot. For instance, under contacts, there's "Tags". As for deals, there's "abandoned checkout URL", "Landing site", "source name" etc. The idea here is to find a property that's unique across all three shopify stores!

Hope this helps!

Hey Zach, and thanks for the quick feedback.

I've tried looking for a few of the suggested filters, but with no success.

I'll reach out to support to check if they are able to do anything from their end 🙂

Best regards,
Gustav
