Help with reclassifying HubSpot deals

Hi HubSpot community,

 

I'm trying to make deal creation automated within HubSpot, and wondered if there's a way to automatically merge monthly customer deal renewals into single quarterly deals.

 

My company has several clients who pay monthly, but I want to simplify this for our account managers by grouping a customer's monthly renewals into a single quarterly or annual view. I'm planning to use Zapier (or possibly the HubSpot integration itself) to connect HubSpot with Stripe, which should hopefully get payment data from Stripe into a HubSpot deal; is there then a way to group these HubSpot deals into quarterly or annual versions?

Hi @ChrisBu,

 

At this stage there isn't any feature matching your requirement, unfortunately. Deals can't neither be grouped nor can they be merged via workflow. Deals can only be merged manually (usually for the purpose of removing a duplicate).

 

HubSpot's features for recurring revenue are still limited. There is recurring revenue tracking, but HubSpot is still lacking a functionality for sorting or creating recurring deals.
