HelloSign

I just integrated hellosign into my hubspot and when I click the link to choose template I get a login error on the next window.  I was excited not to have to double input contact information into hellosign.  Doies this work or is anyone using one that does for ducuments signatures?

I hope you are keeping well and thanks for your post.

 

All the properties that are filled in within Hubspot contact record should auto-populate/sync within your hello sign document.

If your process looks different from what is shown on the video, I will highly recommend you to try the same process within an incognito mode. Depending on what browser you are using you will need to follow one or other steps. You can find the steps to follow depending on your browser within this guide.

 

If in incognito mode the process flows correctly, then clearing cache and cookies should resolve the situation. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/cos-general/how-to-clear-your-browser-cache 

 

In case, using incognito mode, it does persist, I will recommend you to uninstall and re-install HelloSign integration from Hubspot.

To re-install it or connect it you can do it from this link: https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/productivity/workflow-automation/hellosign by clicking on the "Sing in to Connect App" (orange button on the top right)

 

In case you tied all of the above and the situation continues, It will be good to reach out to Hello Sign to verify that is all set up correctly on their end as well: subscription, special requirements, etc.
