Google Sheets - refresh, not just add

Trying to get a workflow that will regularly completely refresh Google Sheets but all I am finding is adding and updating.  

Use Case: I am sending a list of all companies to Google Sheets and will use that to identify their parent names so I can bring back into HubSpot. Rather than do this manually, I want to automate.  My issue is that sometimes companeis get merged or deleted if created in testing or error but those records are still there. Has anyone successfully had it erase the values and start fresh?

Edited to add: need to do this without a cost so I can't spend on an integration tool

Hi @CMoscariello,

I know you don't want to spend on another tool to do this, but I don't know of any way where you could do it for free. But I do know that Coupler is an excellent tool that allows you to export data to Google Sheets on a regular basis.

If I come across a free solution, I will let you know.

Thanks Amit! Unfortunately, I have zero dollars to work with and I only need less than 5 runs once a day so it's cost prohibitive.  Appreciate the response though!
