Google Meet connection not working for meetings

Hi there, 

I've just connected Google Meets to our HubSpot account so we can include it in our meeting links but there's an alert coming up saying 

"NEEDS ATTENTION

We're working on identifying and fixing the issue. If you need immediate assistance, please contact support."

Does anyone know if this is just an issue from today? Just thinking if it's a long-term bug we'll look at using another meeting booking tool.

I've been using Google Meet as the video conferencing tool linked to HubSpot meetings for a very long time. A lot of other users are too so I don't expect this be a long-term issue.

If you want an alternative immediately, Calendly integrates nicely with HubSpot.

I had the same problem and I found the solution here, Use HubSpot's integration with Google Meet

You have to select the checkbox to to permit hubspot do acess your calendar.

I had the same problem and I found the solution here, Use HubSpot's integration with Google Meet

You have to select the checkbox to permit hubspot to acess your calendar.

@JCarroll30 +1 for what @karstenkoehler said. It should be a temporary bug. We use Zoom for our virtual meetings, connected to HubSpot and our Google workspace. So we don't use Google Meet, but I've seen it used smoothly for a long time.
