Google Calendar no longer syncing changes to meetings

SOLVE

If I create a meeting in Google Calendar, it syncs to Hubspot just fine. But recently, if I amend / move that meeting, the changes dont get reflected in HUbpsot, and it stays showing as the original date.

 

Any solutions / advice?

Hey @PSproston, thanks for reaching out! There is some nuance to this HubSpot integration, and, unsurprisingly, it works best when you're using native HubSpot tools.

 

Check out this Knowledge Base article from HubSpot covering the processes for scheduling meetings within HubSpot and within Google Calendar, specifically the notes calling out limitations and requirements.

 

I would try creating the meetings within HubSpot instead of within Google Calendar to see if that changes anything.

 

If you're still having trouble after following the instructions in that article, your best bet will be to open up a ticket with HubSpot Support. Just be ready to share screenshots, device/browser details, and specific examples with them.
