Freshclick Integration

SOLVE

Hi. I am trying to enable an integration between Freshclick Quote and HubSpot. According to Freshclick support, we need the quote_no field validation updated. Here is the error:

Please ensure that the quote_no field in Freshclick is correctly mapped to the corresponding field in HubSpot. Check that the field names and data types match.

Confirm that the quote_no field contains data in the format expected by HubSpot. HubSpot might expect a specific format (e.g., string, number, specific pattern). Validate the data being sent to ensure it conforms to these requirements.

 

 The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

@PamCotton thanks for putting me on the right trail. I reconfirmed the property type with Freshclick and learned that it needed to be text and not numeric. Data is now flowing.

Thanks @PamCotton. I hope you had a good weekend. For quote-no, I've updated that in HubSpot to unformatted number in case that's the issue with Freshclick. As you suggested, I've reviewed property/field names and data types. Waiting to hear back from Freshclick and will report back then. Best, Christine
