False Positive Opens
Still cannot figure out the config to eliminate false opens when I look at a sent email. I added my IP address to not allow tracking but whenever I view a sent email, I get a false open in Hubspot. Please help.

When email providers scan incoming emails for any malicious content, they often load the HubSpot tracking pixel, which can trigger an email open notification (see more about how tracking works here). For you, that means that a routine check from an email provider can appear as an instant open notification.
