Eventbrite Integration - EventbriteLists in

Hi, I have integrated Eventbrite which is great. However, I have only run one event with the integration so far and intend to add others.

The thing that I don't understand is how I will be able to differentiate lists for the different events.

I mean I'd love to be able to have lists for each Eventbrite list as discreet lists so that I can manage them and communicate directly with the participants of each event. Can someone explain if this is possible and if so how is it set up?

Hi @Stasi ,

You can create lists in Contacts > Lists
Create an active list, give it a name and then use this filter 'Eventbrite attendance'

and on the next tab, use Event URL filter and tehn add the URL:

The filters will look something like this:

Hi I sorted it out,

There are two urls you can select from eventbrite and the one I was using does not work in Hubspot, a bit frustrating, but it is working now. This is fantastic and will be really useful and helpful in our event promotion.

Hi, I am curious as to what happens if I make one of these static lists as I have reached my limit of active lists

I've followed the steps and it looks like I'm almost there but it's not picking up anything from the list.

I have a generic eventbrite list that is working, but when I follow your steps I'm not getting any registrants coming up. Here is a screenshot of my filter.

I hope that it's a simple fix? I look forward to your reply
