We are setting up exact online for a customer and during the sync with HubSpot we get the error: 'account should be present'. We can't find the reason why and would love to know how we can fix this. Anyone else had issue with this before?
Update from this on the Exact Side. This seems to be an issue in Exact is the API of Exact Online is requiring that there is a company connected to the account. The solution of connecting Exact and HubSpot is mainly for B2B, not B2C (or you have to make each individual a company, which isn't the right use case for this).
Contact with Exact turns out that they are aware of this problem but are not going to change the API for this. It's a bit like: fix this one yourself..
