Error: Email Integration Tab

I had 2 hubspot CRM accounts. I deleted the one to consolidate to just one CRM.

Then when I went to connect my gmail account it is trying to send me to the old CRM I.D.

 

I tried uninstalling the chrome extension and reinstalling but to no avail. When I go to the email integration tab it gets me an error that says unable to save and it hangs.

 

Please let me know if you have a fix for this!

Hi @joshua_todd,

 

In your Gmail inbox, click the little HubSpot logo icon in the upper right hand corner:

This will reveal a box with some options. Under 'This Inbox is connected to' there will be a dropdown menu where you can choose your main CRM, as long as you are a user in that portal with the connected address. If you have not connected your inbox to your CRM then please go into CRM Settings > Email Integrations and connect your inbox to your CRM account.
