Emails Using the bcc code are being bounced

Since last Thursday our emails using the bcc code from outlook are being bounced. We are using the free CRM version. Can anyone help with what caused this all of a sudden?

Is there anyway that I can get some help with our free account? We are dead in the water if this is not fixed soon.

Hubspot was able to fix the problem.

They did not say how they fixed it, but it worked fine and then just one day they stopped working.
