I'm using Dropbox sign. How do I find the object and properties that show up in my Activity feed from Dropbox Sign so I can use them in a workflow. For example. Dropbox Sign Document was Viewed. Dropbox Sign All Signers Completed... as a Trigger to move a Deal stage forward in a workflow for example.
I have taken a look at the Dropbox integration and it doesn't look like you can write any properties back to custom properties on the deal object. This Dropbox data needs to be saved as a custom property to be used to trigger a workflow in HubSpot (as you mentioned activity feed data can't be used to trigger a workflow)
In our eSign integration (Portant) we save the status data (and other document data) to a custom property within the Deal/Contact/Company object. This means you can use Portant activity data to trigger a workflow in HubSpot (becasue it's saved as a custom property). You can take a look at our app here: https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/sales/sales-enablement/portant-1323181
I am happy to give you a demo of how it works on a video call. Just reply to this message or email me here james@portant.co
