Docusign into HubSpot?

Hi Ben,

It appears that Zapier is considering building out a connection between Docusign and HubSpot in order to automatically push/pull information across the two platforms. I'd recommend upvoting the integration here: https://zapier.com/zapbook/docusign/hubspot/

Our process currently is to use Templates in Hubspot with the enrollment paperwork linked to Docusign powerforms so that the link never needs to change in the template, its a static link. I don't think the current Docusign/Hubspot integration will work for us. We would like to have the documents automatically uploaded to the users profile in Hubspot when they complete the forms in Docusign and also have certain fields in their Hubspot profile automatically populated.

Any solution for this? Does anyone by chance has solved the contact sync or history event updates with Docusign?

The solution I've found which works well is the connector from Workato. I use their free version and it took a few tweaks but it was fairly simple. Any change of status of a document in Docusign is updated in the timeline and creates a task to the owner.

Looks like workato no longer has a free version. Now their minimum package is $10,000/year! I'm looking at zapier and their free version might work for us.

As mentioned in the first post, HubSpot isn't working on an integration. The companies that have integrations into HubSpot build and manage the integration. So the companies here: https://www.hubspot.com/products/integrations

have created an integration to connect to HubSpot. Zapier is a company that specializes in connecting software and building integrations. They have suggested that they may build one for Docusign + HubSpot, which is what you upvoted.

If you're a paid customer of Docusign, might you have a contact there to ask if they have any intentions of integrating with HubSpot?
