Deal error in Ecommerce Bridge

Hi There,

Thanks for posting!

It is not currently possible to set a deal coming through the E-commerce bridge on another pipeline outside the default one that is created by the Upsert settings endpoint.

One solution would be to create a deal workflow (Sales Hub Pro/Enterprise) that will enrol a deal when it hits a specific stage in your E-Commerce pipeline. You can then set the Pipeline property value to that of a stage in your standard Sales pipeline.

Please take into account however that the E-commerce pipeline is unique in that it has the ability to send abandoned cart emails as standard. Adding the deal to another pipeline will remove some of the out of the box functionality built into the tool.

Hope this helps!
