We would like to create a workflow where we would target contacts 120 days from when their organization needs to be reaccredited. We are using Salesforce as the source for when their organization needs to be reaccredited. We are planning to send 2 campaigns in the workflow. A few questions:
1) Do we need to create a custom field in Salesforce that would indicate when a contact's company needs to be reaccredited? 2) In HubSpot, could we set a workflow to be triggered, e.g. 3 months BEFORE an expiration date?
Fairly new to HS so any resources would be very helpful!
