Create a Reaccreditation Workflow Based on Salesforce Data

Hello,


We would like to create a workflow where we would target contacts 120 days from when their organization needs to be reaccredited. We are using Salesforce as the source for when their organization needs to be reaccredited. We are planning to send 2 campaigns in the workflow. A few questions: 

1) Do we need to create a custom field in Salesforce that would indicate when a contact's company needs to be reaccredited?
2) In HubSpot, could we set a workflow to be triggered, e.g. 3 months BEFORE an expiration date?

Fairly new to HS so any resources would be very helpful!

Hi @JSchneider90 

 

  1.  You will need an explicit date property on the contact or company object in HubSpot, so synced from a Salesforce property on the contact or account - if an explicit property does not exist already, you will need to create it
  2. Once created you can build a HubSpot workflow centred on a date property to send emails before and after said date: Create 'Center on a date' or 'Center on a date property' contact-based workflows
