Hi, I'm currently trying to import contacts and companies, but I've been stuck at 0% since this morning. Could you please let me know why this is happening?
Strange! Based on what I can tell so far, it looks like the integration is not catching your Odoo instance for some reason. I would recommend one of two things:
Reach out to HubSpot Support, they will be able to take a look at your exact account and provide baseline support.
Reach out to an experienced HubSpot Partner who will be able to take a look at the issue with you and troubleshoot, while providing strategic next steps.

It says that support@albirasolutions.com is disconnected. Reconnect to reactivate and run data synchronization again. So I tried to connect the account again, and it says again:
Odoo is not available. HubSpot cannot access Odoo. This may be affecting some tools and features that your application was designed to work with in HubSpot."
always that i put the database name , user name , etc it works but it continues beeing at 0% so i dont know what to do... it seems that the process are not working by a inusual thing.

If your Odoo-HubSpot import is stuck at 0%, it may be due to a connection issue between the two platforms or a large data load slowing down the sync. Try reconnecting the integration and restarting the import. If the problem persists, check for any error messages or limits.
I would say the same thing, to start with. I would also recommend checking out the integration settings but I am not able to see this from the previously provided screenshot. Is there any more information you can provide @ASupport7?
