Connection problems Odoo-Hubspot

SOLVE

Hi, I'm currently trying to import contacts and companies, but I've been stuck at 0% since this morning. Could you please let me know why this is happening?

Hi @ASupport7

 

Strange! Based on what I can tell so far, it looks like the integration is not catching your Odoo instance for some reason. I would recommend one of two things:

 

  1. Reach out to HubSpot Support, they will be able to take a look at your exact account and provide baseline support.
  2. Reach out to an experienced HubSpot Partner who will be able to take a look at the issue with you and troubleshoot, while providing strategic next steps.

Have you checked that the Odoo user has the right permissions to access all the info and to setup the integration?

Note that the HS-Odoo Data sync supports the Odoo cloud version 10 or above.

If all of this is ok.

I'd suggest Unistall the integration and try again.

It says that support@albirasolutions.com is disconnected. Reconnect to reactivate and run data synchronization again. So I tried to connect the account again, and it says again:

Odoo is not available.
HubSpot cannot access Odoo. This may be affecting some tools and features that your application was designed to work with in HubSpot."

 always that i put the database name , user name , etc it works but it continues beeing at 0% so i dont know what to do... it seems that the process are not working by a inusual thing.

Hey @ASupport7, happy Monday!

 

If your Odoo-HubSpot import is stuck at 0%, it may be due to a connection issue between the two platforms or a large data load slowing down the sync. Try reconnecting the integration and restarting the import. If the problem persists, check for any error messages or limits.

I would say the same thing, to start with. I would also recommend checking out the integration settings but I am not able to see this from the previously provided screenshot. Is there any more information you can provide @ASupport7?
