Can you continuously push historical and new activities from Salesforce to Hubspot?

Does the Hubspot <-> SFDC integration allow you to populate all historical emails, calls, meetings, etc. that were logged in SFDC TO Hubspot upon setting up the integration (and probably a few more steps)? Been stuck on this for a little while now...

Historical tasks are migrating over (to Hubspot) but they're not actually classified as the activity type (e.g. call, email, meeting), though the description/call/meeting notes are populating, which is a good sign.

TLDR: We want to easily see all historical sales activities from SFDC inside of Hubspot.

Hi @danwiener,

The integration will create any Salesforce task as a HubSpot task. It will not create different engagement types to correspond with the type of task from Salesforce so if you have a logged email in Salesforce, it will still get created as a task in HubSpot as opposed to an email engagement. Salesforce events and calendars will not sync.

To get all historical task data into HubSpot, you can run a Salesforce import per these instructions and select "Tasks". If you have tasks older than a year, you will first want to increase the archive limit for your organization as archived tasks will not be imported.

Hope this helps!
