Can you add Zoom AI Assistant to Hubspot?

Hello!

Zoom recently launched their Zoom AI Assistant which records, transcribes, and provides meeting insights. It's free for paid Zoom users. 

We haven't tried it yet, but I wonder if anyone ahead of the game has successfully integrated these insights into Hubspot for reporting and analytics?

Any info would be appreciated!

we are trialling Fathom - it has a very good integration into HubSpot, the
only one afaik

Check out CustomerIQ too - we have the deepest Hubspot integration of anyone that we know of. It syncs meeting summaries and populates any contact, company, or deal property from the conversation. Also extracts and adds tasks. Can set up for free any time.

Add me to the list. The Zoom AI Summary is a game-changer. Copying and pasting it manually into Hubspot. It would be nice to have that automatically transferred into my account.

The Zoom / Hubspot integration is a bit limited. You can sync the transcript with Hubspot but if you want meeting notes or tasks it's not very robust.

If you want to extract field-level properties and follow up tasks from Zoom calls with AI and sync in Hubspot, you'll have to use a tool like CustomerIQ (https://www.getcustomeriq.com/hubspot-zoom-integration) (full disclosure: I'm a founder)

The basic workflow is:

1. Record Zoom meeting (we have ours set to auto record)
2. CustomerIQ finds custom properties available from call along with follow up tasks
3. Properties and tasks sync with Hubspot

You can easily get these integrations through 3rd party meeting assistants though. tl;dv, for instance, has this integration natively, where you can map meeting notes to specific fields within a Hubspot object (deal, person, etc).

This doesn't yet exist from what I can tell. But for anyone else looking to get the most out of their Zoom - Hubspot integration, consider turning this feature on to gather transcriptions and recordings from all or selected Zoom users in Hubspot.
