Calling African Leads through HubSpot

Hello,

Our company is based in Canada, and we use HubSpot Sales to natively make calls to many of our clients. Recently, we've been seeing a huge rise in clients from Africa, but at the moment our best method of contacting them is through WhatsApp. While it does work, it can be volatile at times, and we would prefer to have the option to properly call them. However, HubSpot does not natively support the option to call African leads.

Is there any integration out there that will allow us to call African countries directly through the CRM? (Senegal, Cameroon, Togo, Zimbabwe, Congo and Gabon are our main targets). Ideally one that doesn't break the bank, we are a relativley small team and we can't afford to pay thousands for this.

The HubSpot calling tool is rather limited on which countries you can call and I agree that the WhatsApp integration is a little volitile. You could look into something like Aircall but this is on the pricier side and might be out of bidget.

Although this is new territory for me and I've never used this business so please take a look and complete your own due diligence, I have come across a company just now called Press One Africa and they have a native integration with HubSpot. Could be worth checking this service out and using it purely for calling contacts based in Africa through a new phone number supplied by them.

Hi Matt, thanks for the response.

I have looked into Press One Africa already, but it seems they only support users from inside Africa. As part of the sign up process, I had to insert a phone number, and it did not allow me to enter a non-African number, we only have Canadian numbers so this is unfortunately a bust for us. We've looked into services such as Aircall, but their pricing is quite high, and not suitable for our smaller team of about 14 employees.
