I have my Outlook calendar synced to HubSpot Meetings to allow people to book time on my calendar, but the sync will randomly stop working and allow people to book any slot without taking into account my availability or the time slots I chose in the Meetings settings within HubSpot. Somehow the link keeps working, but people are allowed to book already booked slots and times outside of my working hours. It seems to happen randomly and the only way to fix it is to go in and disconnect and reconnect the calendar. In the meantime, though, I have to reschedule all the meetings scheduled before I noticed the issue.
Yes I've seen that troubleshooting screen before, but it doesn't actually allow you to troubleshoot anything. It just shows you explanations for time slots that are blocked off/unschedulable. So, right now since the integration seems to be working fine, everything looks fine on there. When it's not working, there are times that are available that shouldn't be, but nothing that I can do about it from that screen.
I have the same issue. The calendar had disconnected twice during the last week. The only difference is that we are using Google Workspace instead of Outlook.
Hello @carlyejowens, good call! I will reach out to our team to update this knowledge base. I was able to find the troubleshooting option by clicking in edit the meeting and will show the option "Troubleshoot" on the left side.
I only have an Outlook calendar, no Google calendar. I'm looking for a way to solve this problem permanently without having to keep checking if the connection is working. I have had to disconnect and reconnect and uninstall and reinstall several times but the issue keeps coming back and in the time period before I notice (since the only way is to keep checking), people are able to book time on my calendar when they shouldn't.
Wanted to mention that you can connect either the Google Calendar sync or the Outlook Calendar sync to HubSpot. Both integrations cannot be installed at the same time.
