Automated Emails: Mail to Customers with specific Role ONLY

Hi, I have several contacts with different roles on the deals.

When changing a deal phase, I would like to sen automated emails with different content to contacts with a SPECIFIC role (eg. Customer, Partner, etc.).

Unfortunatly I can only manage to send this mails to all contacts atm.

Either a restrictive condition would have to be defined in the workflow or in the settings of the automated email.

Looks like you need to just subscribe to the new Associations beta, it's designed to solve exactly this issue.
