Attached form to contact

SOLVE

Hi there - we are a business that needs to have a booking form for each client (set up as contacts in hubspot when they make a booking).

Is there a way to send them a hubspot form to fill out once they have made a booking and for that form to be attached as a PDF or something similar to their contact for easy access?

Hi @fiboatcharters,

By default, HubSpot form submissions are logged to the timeline of a contact record. If you have any form that a contact submits (such as a booking form), this will be stored on their contact record:

To find form submissions more easily, use the Filter by option and only check the Form submissions box:

(It's not possible to attach a form submission to a contact record as PDF.)
