We are a software company specialised in transit software for bus and train oprators. Im looking for a assest management tool integrated to hubspot, who can help us keep track on which and how many licenses a costumer have of a particular software. If possible it would be great if we were able to include pricing informations and in some cases assosisated cost.
Hi, @Chris8020. In general, HubSpot Connect is a good place to go for a listing of all things HubSpot integrations. A cursory search for "asset management" or "asset" yielded no results, however.
If there are no stock integrations available, there are generally two options: Your own custom development, and Zapier. You'll want to search through their list of over a thousand apps to see if there's something compatible. It looks like there are tools called OpenAsset and Asset Panda that match on the term itself. (I have no idea whether these are of use; this is not an area I'm familiar with.) With Zapier, you pick a starting and end app, select the actions that trigger a zap and the outcome you want, and it will periodically sync those changes between the two tools, usually on a frequency of 5-15 minutes.
If you find an app which can be zapped to HubSpot, you'll have some options available to you. However, please note any Zapier actions are not customizable. Zapier determines which events can be zapped from one tool to another, and users have no flexibiilty over configuring new use cases. You have to use the defaults given to you.

For managing software licenses and tracking customer assets with pricing and cost details — especially integrated with HubSpot — you’ll want an asset management tool that offers:
License and subscription tracking
Ability to link assets/licenses directly to customer records in HubSpot
Fields for pricing, renewal dates, and associated costs
Reporting and alerts for renewals or usage limits
While many general asset management software focus on physical assets, some flexible enterprise asset management (EAM) systems or software asset management (SAM) tools offer what you need.
A great option to consider is Fogwing EAM, which can be integrated with HubSpot via API or middleware tools like Zapier. It lets you:
Track all customer software licenses as assets
Manage pricing, contract terms, and cost details per customer
Automate updates and reminders linked to HubSpot CRM data
Scale as your client base and license portfolios grow
Fogwing is widely used in regions like the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and India and is known for flexible integrations.
If you want a more specialized software asset management tool strictly for licenses, consider dedicated SAM platforms like Flexera or Snow License Manager, but integration with HubSpot might require custom connectors.

@Chris8020 any luck on this? I work for a software company looking to transition from our internal CRM system but the one hurdle I keep coming back to is license management....license numbers, products on their license, etc.
Any and all information on how you may have resolved this would be great!
I came across this thread while looking for a software license management solution integrated with HubSpot. In case any of you are still interested in this topic, I did find this vendor (10 Duke https://www.10duke.com/) that seems to have a solution with HubSpot integration, although the vendor and solution are not listed in the HubSpot Marketplace. We are looking into this solution and I'll post more information in the future about what we find in terms of it's suitability and the capabilities of the integration.
If you're exploring asset management solutions, I highly recommend checking out Abto Software. Their expertise in developing tailored systems stands out, especially for businesses with complex workflows. I recently engaged them for dot net application migration services, and their professionalism and technical depth were impressive. They’re a solid partner if you're looking for scalable, long-term software support.
Found anything yet? We just upgraded to premium edition and am trying to have license management for our product baked in... I sure hope we can pull it off.
