I've enabled Activities to sync between Salesforce and HubSpot. If the Salesforce Activity Owner is inactive in Salesforce you receive a picklist Sync Error on the Salesforce Integration page. If I temporarily Activate the Salesforce user and Resync, everything syncs without error and I can once again deactivate the Salesforce user. However, it appears that something triggers these activities to sync because each time I look at the Salesforce Integrations Sync Errors, there is a whole host of new records to resolve.
Is there a best practice to fix all of these erros at once, do I need to handles these all as they happen transactionally, or do I just archive all of the errors and not worry about these Activities?
Yes i think the best way is to archive them because it will prevent them from triggering the sync error and allow you to focus on the active users. or you can try to fix them one by one or you can delete them it will permanently remove them from Salesforce.
