Ability to listen to live calls

Does anyone know of a tool that will integrate with Hubspot that would allow me and my leadership team the ability to listen in real time to live calls?

We've integrated VOIP systems before that has the same functionality as HubSpot calling but has all the standalone features of the system as well such as listeninig in on calls. 

We uses the Sales Extension API to put an extension onto each contact record so outbound calls can be made.

And then we used the VOIP platforms API to look up incoming calls and use the contacts API to link them to a contact.
