Hi,

I would like to ask about 3CX call recording:

- Will the activity log for remain permanently?

- Will the call recording remain permanently? 

- How many call recording is stored maximum in the activity log?

- Can I make access right for the call recording?

Deeper in the context for you to understand: We are using 3CX to call and do not integrate with Hubspot. We copy the phone and paste to 3CX webclient website directly and make the call. Somehow Hubspot record the call in Hubspot activity log and can re-hear the call recording also.

There's currently no limit on the amount of call recordings (just calling minutes).

Calling limit is different for each HubSpot subscription. For example, for Free HubSpot CRM accounts, calling limit is 15 minutes per user per month. You can find more details in the product catalog here.
