workflow to add multiple contacts to a deal

lösung

Is it possible to use a workflow to associated multiple contacts to one deal?

Buyer 1

Buyer 2

I know this can be done maunally, but really trying to avoid an extra step for sales team.

workflow to add multiple contacts to a deal

lösung

Hey @Stouder, thanks for reaching out! This is a really good question.

Unfortunately, I don't believe it's possible to create associations using HubSpot workflows unless the workflow is creating a new object (i.e., deal, ticket, task).

However, this may be possible using a Zapier HubSpot integration depending on the complexity of when additional buyers need to be associated with a single deal. I know that there's a Zap step for creating an association between objects (i.e., contact and a deal), so you may be able to create a Zap that:

  1. Finds the contact based on certain criteria
  2. Finds the deal based on certain criteria
  3. Creates an association between the contact and deal

Otherwise, this may have to be a manual process in HubSpot for now.

Hope this helps at least get you started!!
