when populating domain as first field, system doesnt create company record

several of my users users report a bug when they fill in the "company domain name" (which is not yet in the system) as the first field (thereby benefitting from pulling known information from Hubspot Insights).  Whilst the "Create company" button at the bottom shows active, when clicking it, the form disappears and no record has been created. I have not been able to recreate the bug. Is this know to anyone?

I checked but didn't find any related Community posts in the past. But if anyone had a similar experience, please feel free to share how you solved it in the comment section.

 

@NKeuper if your team member keeps experiencing this behaviour, I'd recommend you to have this person reach out to the Technical Support (from "Help" button in your account) directly so that the Support rep can observe the behaviour and that would help to provide further troubleshooting steps!
