not able to delete templates

Hi there,

I have the same issue as someone else. I stopped my sales starter plan and now I want to delete some of my templates which were in the sequences. I'm not able to delete them as the error I'm getting is that I need to delete the templates from the Sequence first, which I no longer have access. 

Can I get some help here? Thanks!

Hello!!!!

I had a paid sales user and now i'm on the free user one.

I cannot delete templates that are related to a previous user (me, as well, but with another email address).

Can you please help me delete ALL templates?

Just wanted to confirm if you would like all sequences to be deleted from your account? Or if your only want to delete sequences that are using the templates you wish to delete?

hey @PamCotton - I would like ALL sequences to be deleted. I would also like ALL templates to be deleted, but I am getting an error  when I attempt to do that. It says: "There was a problem deleting these templates. Remove these templates from the following sequences to delete them: 7/5-3:2 ." And the link takes me to a page where I can choose to Upgrade to Sales Hub Professional, which I do not want to do. 

Once the sequences have been deleted, will that allow me to delete the templates?

Thank you for confirming. The sequences are deleted from the account, so you can manage your templates  now.
