how to add document to template insert menu after uploading?

I want to add a document for using the insert link in email. I have uploaded the doc and it appears on my Documents page, along with 4 others. When creating a template, only 3 docs are showing to choose from. How can I add the others to my drop down list?

How are you? Could you please provide us a screenshot of what you are referring to in your dropdown list? The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

Hi Pam,

Thank you for responding, my supervisor has since loaded several more that are now available to me. Perhaps it was an admin/permissions thing. I was not able to recreate the situation for a screen cap since so many docs are now uploaded and I don't want to attempt a duplicate by uploading something again. But, I have everything I need now.
