I have sent out some emails to prospective customers. However some of them have bounced back (the person has probably left the company). How do I put a flag on that contacts details to prevent their email address from being used inthe future?

Hi @Xion_Water

HubSpot automatically stops sending emails to contacts that hard bounce.

It doesn't stop sending to soft bounces. If you want to exclude these from future emails, I suggest building a list of contacts where the contact property 'Emails bounced' is greater than or equal to 1. This list will include all contacts who have hard or soft bounced in your portal. You can then exclude this list from emails when you send them.

Hope this helps.
