facebook page is already connected to an inbox

SOLVE

I have been tying to connect my facebook page messanger with hubspot. I keep getting error "this facebook page is already connected to an inbox".

I tried chat support but they were not able to help me. 
What should I do? I need the facebook messanger to work with hubspot.

Thanks for reaching out! 

 

I wanted to refer you to this guide on connecting a Facebook Messenger channel to HubSpot. 

 

Please note that in order to connect the Facebook page you must have an Admin role on the Facebook page you want to connect, in addition the Facebook Messenger channel can only be connected to one HubSpot account. 

 

Could you restart the process and confirm the requirements, and let us know how it goes?
