when a ticket is closed request a reason or description such as when a deal is changed to won or lost that requests a reason

Hi @DMZ,

 

This is possible already. Navigate to Settings > Service > Tickets > scroll down and find tab Configure. You should see this:

When you hover your mouse over the "Closed" status, Edit properties should appear. Click on it and you can select and make certain properties required.

 

@sharonlicari Would you convert this from an idea into a regular thread?
