Hi

If I am using chatflow (free version) will I be alerted when a visitor logs onto my website?

Will I be alerted only if a visitor starts a chat flow?

How does the alert come through to me?

I am the site owner and only user.

Hi @Benoi 

There are a number of notifications you can configure including being notified when a new chat begins.

Notifications are typically available desktop, in-app or mobile versions - you can choose.
