change notifications from norepley@hubspot.com to company email
SOLVE
One of the questions I am being asked from IT is if we can change the email that Hubspot sends notifications from - tagging posts, workflows, and other 'no reply' type emails.
The big concern is spoofing Hubspot emails and getting our users to click a link that they shouldn't because it looks like a HubSpot notification. With an internal email address sending these notifications, we could have a bit more control.
All notifications that relate to record changes can be set up as custom notifications by using internal marketing emails in workflows. These let you specify the sender address. However there are a variety of other notifications in HubSpot that can't be rebuilt with internal marketing emails in workflows.

Could you please give more specific examples of the notifications you're referring to?
There's a way to disable all standard notifications for users that tend to come from noreply@. To ensure that people receive the correct information though, you will need to ensure that you have workflows for form submissions that would send a marketing email when a form is submitted, as for a marketing emails you can specify which email to send from. You would then need to ensure that all users are created as contacts themselves and are tagged as marketing contacts. This kind of approach can open many cans of worms, so I'd not recommend it, but it's there should there really be the need for the change.
In my opinion, it will be easier and simpler (given that no customisation of the system will be needed) to educate the users on what to look out for and how to recognise if that's a real notification from Hubspot or something to be concerned about.
