We often assign companies to different sales reps based on their postcodes which is easily done. However when we do this we would ideally like all of the tasks associated with those companies to automatically be assigned to the same company owner. read more

If I add a line item to a deal that has closed, does the recurring revenue calculate retroactively from the closed/won date?

Hi @RebeccaShultz , yes you can update line items in a closed deal. The Recurring revenue is updated and when saving you will be asked if you want more

I want to change the user to which an activity is assigned to. Is there any way I can edit it after creating it? Or are there other ways I can select to which user it is assigned to before logging an activity in a deal. Thanks in advanced!

Hi @KS_03 it depends on the activity you are trying to log. Notes and logged calls are user generated so you can't change the user. Tasks more

Deal filters have stopped working correctly. Seems to have happened sometime in the past couple of months when a big update was applied (at the same time the functionality to drag a deal to a different column became extremely slow)
