We should be able to CC an email address for bulk emails. When I use a list for a sequence or workflow, I need to make sure my colleague is CC-ed and right now there is no way I can do this other than sending 1:1 emails to my entire list.

Hi! How can we associate a person’s email with a deal if the conversation happened in our email inbox? We didn’t send the emails from HubSpot-we communicated directly through our email client.

We are currently relying on external notetakers because the Dutch transcripts from the Meeting Notetaker aren’t usable. They often don’t make sense, which makes it impossible for us to use them in HubSpot. I was hoping this would be resolved b Beitrag ansehen

I know that currently you can impersonate other users, but I would love to see the platform make it easier to switch back-and-forth between accounts. Having to log out and log back in to switch back to a Super Admin account is just not a seamles Beitrag ansehen
