Right now all users can see five Conversations Templates. But unfortunately teh five that anyone can see are the first five ever created in your instance. This isn't useful, as the first templates were potentially tests, or after a couple years, woe Beitrag ansehen

The Send button often just doesn't work when trying to reply to an email. Reloading and refreshing the cache does nothing. I found some old posts with the same problem but nothing to fix it. Previously, I fixed this by using the "pop out" option Beitrag ansehen

Quite frequently, we need to send simple tables (copy pasted from Excell or Doc) in our one to one conversations. While we can somehow sacrifice images, our data simply cannot be represented properly witout tables. I fail to find any way to do t Beitrag ansehen

We have several inboxes (one for each brand) that require different signatures. I've setup company-wide brand signature per inbox using tokens. It works ok when using Conversation/inbox reply. Each agent autmatically gets different signature for eac Beitrag ansehen

Hi, today we opened our Conversations tab in Hubspot to find that all the emails in it are gone. We did not delete these emails, as they seem to still be available if we go to Contacts and then click through each contact one by one. Somethin Beitrag ansehen
