Hello when i log into my hubspot under conversations the left panel is missing where it helps you view messages assigned to me, unassigned etc ( all my team mates can see theirs) Any tips would be really appreciated 🙂

When I mark a message closed in Hubspot, am getting a reminder from Facebook that the message is remaining unanswered. Does the hubspot action not mark it as done in Facebook? Is there something I am missing, how best to manage this?
